Administrative Executive
General Purpose
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Office for Catechesis (OFC) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Logistics Support:
Coordinate and manage logistics arrangements for meetings, training sessions, and events organized by the OFC team.
Handle set-up and tear-down of venues for meetings and events.
Provide on-site assistance during courses and events, ensuring all logistics are in order.
Required to work on some weekday nights and weekends as needed.
Office Administration:
Assist with general office tasks, including photocopying, laminating, and organizing materials.
Handle online registration of courses, events and retreats.
Ad-Hoc Duties:
Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the OFC team.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Minimum GCE “O” Level / Certificate/ Diploma in Administration.
Experience: 1-3 years of similar office administrative experience would be an advantage
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Align with and not opposed to the teachings of the Catholic Church.
Physically fit and in good health, with the ability to lift and move items as required.
Willingness to learn and actively contribute to the vision of the Office for Catechesis (OFC).
Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Proficient in computer use, including common office software.
Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize workloads.
Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Able to take instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
Adept at meeting tight deadlines and managing time efficiently.
Catechetical ministry experience and/or parish ministry experience preferred.
