Sharing Love
“You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your might.
Keep these words that I am commanding you today in your heart.
Recite them to your children and talk about them when you are at home and when you are away,
when you lie down and when you rise”

RETREAT FEE
Stay-In: $ 250
Non Stay-In: $ 150
*(Fee inclusive of 9% GST, 3 days meals and refreshments)
Due to the capacity and resources of the venue, the total number of participants for this retreat will be 120 (stay in and non-stay in inclusive). Participation will be on a “first-come” basis. Should we exceed the number of participants, you will be informed and put on the waiting list accordingly.
In addition, please note the following:
Registration: By registering as a participant, you agree to commit to all the sessions for the three days of retreat. Your registration is confirmed only after the submission of the registration form and payment is received. This is in view that booking of appropriate rooms, printing of materials and arrangement of meals and refreshments, etc. will be based on the submitted registration form(s).
Accommodation: Due to certain constraints in the venue, spaces are limited and we will be registering the first 60 participants for the stay-in option. Those in the waiting list will be informed via email should it exceed and would be offered the non-stay in retreat.
The stay-in facilities will be shared accommodations with comfortable pods and shared utilities like shower stalls. For further details, please visit https://lasalle.house/facilities.
Dietary requirements: Do highlight any dietary requirements during registration as food would be catered on-site for all participants.
Mobility concerns: As the accommodations are pods with upper decks, do highlight preferences for the lower pod during registration. Do note that there are elevators in the building that would bring participants to the session spaces where needed.
Packing list: A suggested packing list will be released to you closer to the date. Please use that as a guide to ensure the best experience for your retreat.
Refunds and no-show policy: Once attendance is confirmed (your completed registration form with payment is considered as confirmation of your attendance), there will be no refunds to be made to participants (barring extraordinary circumstances). In the event of foreseeable no-shows, we encourage retreatants to inform the office in advance to help prevent the wastage of resources. Retreatants will be charged the full cost of retreat per person for no-shows.
Cancellation/Postponement of Retreat: OFC reserves the right to cancel or postpone the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances. In these circumstances, OFC will refund payments made, if any.
